If a student ,after admission into first year classes ,does not attend classes for six consecutive days from the date of starting of first year class without proper information ,he/she will forefit his/her seat.His/her seat will be allotted to candidates from the waiting list.

No refund is admissible after admission has been granted.Classes are normally held from 9.00 to 2.45 pm.There is always break for tiffin.Timings may be changed by the academy authority.

Office formalities, like payment of fee,library works etc.will be allowed only after class hours.Academy office will remain open upto 4:00 pm .

Regular attendance is a must.At least 75% attendance in each subject will be necessary to qualify for appearing in the 1st year and 2nd year final examinations.The authority has the right to issue transfer certificate to irregular students.

Monthly unit tests are held for a process of continuous evaluation.

Any kind of misconduct will be severely delt with.Every student will possess an academic calender of the Academy and an Identity Card which must be brought to the Academy everyday.

Students must wear the uniform as prescribed by the Academy.

No Transfer Certificate will be issued without clearing the tution fees/dues for the current session.

A fee of Rs.100/ will be charged for transfer certificate.

Parents/Gurdians should ensure strict regularity in their wards' attendance ,failing which he/she will be declared discollegiate.

If a student fails to attend classes for some genuine reasons or does not follow the theory/tutorial classes ,the academy will arrange extra classes to make up his/her deficiencies against payment of resonable fee.
